Thank you for the recommendation and I am impressed with Pepperwhite. However, I am a bit uneasy because I am having difficulty getting in touch with the company; I have called them over several days without getting a human and I have sent emails expressing interest in purchasing their product--which looks good.

Two questions:

Did you need support?
Are the maps and counties old or up to date?
