There was no answer from anyone anywhere on this.

I ended up uninstalling everthing that had anything to do with Visual Sudio 2002/2003. I then cleaned up the registry.

Then I reinstalled just VS 2003 to a completely different partition (logical drive), checked Help, which appeared ok, then updated MSDN library, installed any updates/service packs, C++ 4, windows mobile 2003, and any other tools that I use.

The big test is coming, but everthing appears all right now. 'Help' works again.

Hope any of you don't have to go through this. Just do it when you have plenty of time, there is a few good shows on TV (you do have a TV in the same room as your computer, right?), and you're not planning on going anywhere for a few hours/days.
