I agree with Craig said, and I'll go a step further.
The focal point of Ken and his team is/should be doing everything possible to put out a quality product, hopefully in the general timeframe specified. Period. Ken has already provided a good amount of information. There have been good articles in FoxTalk and a strong CoDe Focus issue on V9. Until the product is released, what more...beyond perhaps personal satisfaction...do you need?
I have an interest in the new OLE DB Provider for VFP9, and quite frankly, I'd rather they DIDN'T spend any more time on anything but the product.
My joking with Denis Chassé aside, I really wish individuals who makes posts like these would think twice. At the very least, these posts come off looking more like a kid who wants a bedtime story. At the most, it perhaps puts a bit of additional pressure on the team that doesn't need any distractions. (Imagine how you'd feel if you were at the 11th hour of a major project!)
Let them finish their work.
