After thinking about this more clearly, I thought there may be some hope using Foxtools. Unfortunately, there isn't. I'm assuming that this is a 32 bit app that needs to use a 16 bit DLL. If this is the case, then the only solution is to re-compile (or get the latest version from the vendor) under Win32.
