It's been a very long time since I've seen this problem happen (it happened more often in VFP5), but if you are running a form and using the debugger and having errors occur and you go back into the form designer and you see that your code is missing or has been replaced with binary content, shutdown the form designer WITHOUT saving and close VFP and restart. Then open the form in the designer if the code is gone/corrupt then you are out of luck it really has been lost.

Especially with a beta version of a development tool you should be keeping several versions of backups of your source code.
