I am responsible for design and implementation of an insurance model for a medical software product that will be created in VFP 5.0.

My question is this: I'm trying to create an object model for this module and can't find a place to even begin. I need some good advise on OOA and OOD of classes in an object model. How do you even come up with an idea for a method in a class when you never have designed a total OOP system before? For instance, the claims table is a major player in my object model. It contains (as an object) a claims detail object. Also I will have an insured object. But, what do I do? Add properties to the class that reflect each field of the table? A claim has to submit itself to an insurance company. This is vivid. But to design a method that reflects that statement is not even in my imagination. Normally I would put the code in the forms that the user uses. How do I begin an object model? If anyone has good OOP ideas, please help. Thanks!
