In the format screen, make sure the field is marked as numeric. In the expression, just put the name of the field, without the TRANSFORM. In the format textbox, put 999999.999.


>I am having a numeric field in the group footer. I have selected ‘Sum’ from the Calculation option to show the group total. If I use TRANSFORM function with this field, it shows ****, no matter how big the size is. It works fine without TRANSFORM. I tried specifying the format as TRNASFORM(AMOUNT, “999999.999”), but there is no change. What can be the possible reason?
