I am not sure that the OCX treeview can specy checkbox for specific nodes. This article (http://www.mvps.org/btmtz/treeview/) suggests that an IE treeview (I have seen ones that refer to C# treeview) or any treeview that has a hWnd for each node (as opposed to an index) would allow node specific treeviews.

You could use the parent nodes check box to "check all" or "uncheck all" the child node check boxes.
