I have created a vfp com exe being called by an asp page. It will be used at an agency where I have very little control or access to the server, which is running windows2k server. For that reason, I purposefully installed this app on many computers to test and know all the steps I would need to get it running on the live server. The app runs successfully on all computers which I did the installation.

Now, tried to do the exact same thing on the live server, but when it hits the createobject command, I get:

Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a0046'

Permission denied: 'CreateObject'

We have tried every setting we can think of, but something on that server is blocking the app from running.

Any ideas are greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Kevin
