I am using Seekford SMTP program. I am accessing a client via terminal services and running an EXE that asks for the email SERVER NAME, Email Address, Email Server Port and email to address.
The age old: If I run this on my computer – the test email is sent correctly.
If I run this on the clients computer via terminal services – I get a
ERROR: 503 5.0.0 Need RCPT (Recipient)
Connection is successful – but the actual sending of the email does not take place.

Since sending the original posting - I changed email servers and it worked fine.
Even though the other I believe is a valid server name - Not sure what the difference is.

I have verified that the addrecipient has a value and that the value is a valid email address.
Like I said - it has worked and then does not.
After awhile with no code change - the server that works - will no longer allow connection and the other server still gives the 503 error.
Other than the server being down, and security on the server changing - are there any other factors to consider?
