I have a custom control and a custom control designer class. I have added all the references I can think of and have added the control to the Toolbox. When I drop the control on a webform I get an "Error Creating Control" + "Parser Error: Could not load type"

This is design time not runtime.

The HTML reference tags appear to be correct and the namespace is referenced correctly. The correct DLL version is present in the GAC.
