We have an application deployed on a terminal server/citrix machine. In list boxes, when the user press either the up or the down arrow key, the selected row _sometimes_ skips two rows down instead of one, even though the key was pressed only once. This happens in about 10-30% of the times the key is pressed. I can reproduce it from my machine and from co-workers' machines. The behavior is the same in both VFP 8 and VFP 9 beta. Client OS is Windows XP. Server OS is Windows 2000 sp4.

Has anyone seen this before?
