Hi Jim,
VFP8 - I find that if I close a form with the method/event edit window still open, the next time I modify that form the edit window opens with it.

If you double-click on a form it opens one of the events or methods but I'm not sure what it uses to select the one it does open. I assume it is probaby the first one that was updated when the form was created.
