Thanks for your reply, but it is actually "value" in my app.config. I must have chopped off the v when UT would not let me send the app.config settings as is and kept giving me some type of HREF warning when I tried to post.
I did find it however - in my Databases section of the app.config - I had commented out the DataAccessClass setting - since I read in the help file that it wasn't required for SQL Server. Apparently the comment itself is not allowed in the DataBases section and it was causing the Only Elements Allowed error. A warning about this in help would be great - it was definitely not the kind of thing I was thinking about as the cause.
