>>1) I've developed my applications few years ago on Windows 2000 with resolution 800 * 600. Now I have Windows XP at home, 1024 * 768 resolution and trying to run these applications. They look completely different, and some things are even wrong. For instance, my colleague sent me one of my applications with her later revisions. She added a button to the form which is supposed to display a grid beneath the other grid. However, the lowest grid is not displayed on my screen. I see just the horisontal scrollbar of it instead. And even if I change my resolution to 800*600, I still do not see that grid. (If someone wants to see it, I can send screen shots).

It turned out, that this problem occured when switching from VFP6 to 8. I just called my colleague and she confirmed, that she sees the same problem with grids as I do. The funny thing is that the application has been in production with this new functionality several months at least and nobody complained :) I guess, I should be doing usability tests, if I would not find myself in a programmer's chair. < g >
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
