No it doesn't. I think I may have extrapolated too much from what she told me however.

In section 1.1 of the EULA, license is granted to an individual (not a comuter). Section 1.3 grants permission to ALSO install a copy of the software on a storage device such as a network server, used only to install or run the software on computers used by licensed end users. This seems to confirm most of what I was told. The only subtlety is that there are (currently) two users on the server however the company has purchased a separate license which that user has installed at his physical location. So from a number of licenses standpoint, we appear to be OK.
