After testing my vfp web service on my dev pc, what is the proper way to place this into our production servers?

Do I copy the .dll, .tlb, .vbr, .wsdl, and .wsml files onto the production server in a designated virtual directory and then publish the web service using the Task Pane Manager - XML web services pane?

What is the best way to do this?
