Are the VFP commands/functions also in various languages, or do you have to use English-only commands?

I am interested in sending one of my programs over to some French family members to one of them who is more technically savvy and try to get these peopel interested in using Visual FoxPro. I've heard all of the arguments that FoxPro is dead, but hey, it isn't.
