Question:

I am in process of installing Ascent Capture software on a Windows 2000 Server and the install fails. I find this strange because I am the local Administrator on the box.

Is there a tool out somewhere that would allow me to see where in the install step that the install fails? Or even give me more information than what I get now.

Currently, while the install errors out, the error message is something like "Install Eror..Quit or Retry". Not much information at all!
