Hmmm. One would almost think that Microsoft and HP aren't playing well with each other these days.

Getting rid of the prompt command did make it go away for the people that had the problem. However, there were others with the same configuration (can't guarantee the printers were installed in the exact same order, which seemed to be important to the bug report.) that never had the problem. Sigh, yet another mystery.
