Don't have a say in the configuration. The client has disallowed keyboard entry with the exception of a few, needed, function keys... and so the user would not be able to answer the prompt, which may actually be behind the app screen. All Windows shortcut keys have been disabled. These are extremely locked-down workstations (they act as Punchclocks)
