IOW you've changed the computer name:( I did that too and got my lesson (however now working despite that - I remember I had a hard time to make it work again but don't exactly remember what I did).
Check this might be that - local security policy: IUSR_PC030520 should have "log on locally" and "access this computer from the network" rights.
PS: Can an asp page run normally?
Also check "identity" tab (DCOM, your MTDLL security).
