Same thought occured to me, Cetin. in the UK we WASTE billions of gallons of rainwater, just letting it flush down the drains, such that southern European countries would cringe. For this we spend millions on building storm drains. Yet the predictions are for longer, warmer summers, and draught, so I think we should spend that money on building holding tanks and resevoirss for the excess,
