Hi, Grigore-

>>Yes, I do have frames the page. But, please don't tell anyone. I _am_ truly ashamed of it, and I promise I'll never do it again. *vbg*

>What's the problem having frames anyway? I have a webpage that shows a table containing 31 columns, containing numbers with up to 10-12 digits each. There is no way to put that in a single frame AND to keep the header logo visible while scrolling.

I said what I did tongue-in-cheek (I was entirely serious about being ashamed). From what I've read the problems are with how search engines index pages, with how screen readers read pages, wasted white-space (tho' I don't necessarily agree that sites need less of this), and not all browsers support frames.

For me and my skill-level, combined with the needs of the application I'm working on, none of those issues outweigh the need my site has for fixed positioning and the need to see the left-hand menu. However, I'm cognizant of the issue and won't probably use frames again. As I become more proficient with CSS and general web design, it'll be more feasible to design a frameless sight.

>Is there a better way?

Yes. Using CSS with DIV tags is the way in, I understand. BTW, Roxanne Seibert, Goddess, recommended the following resources to me (sorry for the lousy formatting, but I have to bake a pie this morning <s>):
