Can a pjx created in vfp9 be used in vfp8?
Can a pjx created in vfp9 be used in vfp7?
Can a pjx created in vfp7, rebuilt in vfp9, be used in vfp8?
Can a pjx created in vfp7, rebuilt in vfp9, be used in vfp7?
Can a pjx created in vfp7, rebuilt in vfp8, be used in vfp7?
Et cetera, although these examples are of most importance to me.
I know that features specific to vfp8 or vfp9 can't be expected to work in vfp7. But...
Will such features be ignored without error generation in vfp7?
Will such features get lost after a rebuild in vfp7?
Will the pjx remain its old structure as long as no new features are used?
Why I'm asking? I developed a project hook functionality that works fine in vfp8 and vfp9, but is useless in vfp7, because vfp7 has a bug in the projecthook class that is repaired in vfp8. So, I try to find out whether it's a viable option to rebuild my projects using vfp8/9 while still building the app/exe in vfp7 for the time being...
