You used < PRE > tags, which made entire paragraphs be treated like a single line. < PRE > will respect the spaces and ENTERs that you use. In the editing window, it will wrap, but not in the final result (nor in preview).
Better use < B > or < I > (bold or italic) to emphasize text.
