a bit late .. and you definitly have found it out yourself ..

all you have to remove is the WAIT WINDOW command ..

as the error message already states no VISUAL elements whatsoever (MessageBoxes, Forms, Wait windows ... etc. ..) are allowed in a Visual FoxPro COM object ..

further you're better of using the "Session" class as a baseclass for your COM Objects ..
