I've tried both of them to no avail. We have one PC that has access - it runs some ftp processes at night - but all the others do not. Is there something I can look at on that PC that would help me understand what I might be able to change on mine to gain access? We use proxy servers and all that normal corporate stuff.

>These are configuration options in the FTP client, if we are talking active vs. passive. Are you using a browser for access, like IE? If so, look in Internet Options | Advanced and scroll down to Use PASV FTP. Check or uncheck and retest.
