Because within to the folder I could have 12765 tables ( or 1 or 1Millions ).

When the application start, it come validated all ( various integrity controls ).
Of course, it does not have sense to hold open all the tables in exclusive modality,
and therefore i 90% are closed;
but 1 ns after that I have closed to them I cannot more sure being.
Therefore I must validate them to every opening,
while if you could block the folder,
all the code would intrinsically become simpler and stable.

The exclusive customer access to the folder it is insufficient
why I do not want to be trusted not even the customer.
