I'm kind of surprised you're not a PUTM. I figured all the MVPs would just be PUTM, almost by default. I'm not, either. There is some searching that is only available to PUTMs, but searching in downloads is available to anyone.

I kind of figured that maybe if some beta tester looked at this and saw that it was fixed, then if they surrounded their "it's fixed" statement with a "it seems to be fixed in the current beta, but this does not guarantee it will be fixed in the RTM version" kind of statement, then maybe they'd be covering their behind. But then I haven't read the NDA and I'm not a lawyer, so that advice is probably worth what you paid for it.
