What is a good PDF utility program to work with VFP?

A user wants a Foxpro application that will take a previously existing large PDF (from another system) with many pages and build several small PDF by extracting various pages from the large PDF.


For example,
The Foxpro user will select the Large.pdf and then fill in a small grid that says something like:


Page 1 -3 extract to XX1.pdf
Page 4 extract to XX2.pdf
Page 5 - 9 extract to XX3.pdf
Page 10 - 20 extract to XX4.pdf

THEN, the small PDFs would have a unique cover page inserted into the front of each PDF.

XX1.pdf would have a PDF cover page from Foxpro Report 1234 and combined with xx1.pdf

Then xx1.PDF will be faxed to company 456
