Then, I don't know what is going on. Perhaps DynamicBackColor does, indeed, have some problem with the definition.

It might help to add a space before and after using the defined constant, but I don't know for sure.

In the worst case, as a workaround, you could assign the constant to a variable, and use that one instead.

I think that would be under the "Message view setup" menu, which appears next to each message. There is an option, "Enable auto-quote".
