Yes, I thought I'd try to step into the Javascript. On thinking about it further, it seems a rather silly idea that I could use FireFox for the browser. However...

That was a good clue. I found some references to updating the machine.config file to recognize FireFox as an uplevel, rather than downlevel browser. The default is for browsers not recognized. It's not going to be an easy thing to tease out. I tried a very quick adaptation of someone's machine.config BrowserCap section, but it didn't work immediately. So, I'll have to dig into it a bit further. Gotta get some other things done for tomorrow, then I'll give it another try.
