. I started the first line in 'load' of form 'maskdetail' with the following code:
lparameter cname1,cfamily1,cclass1,cbassis1
and I get a message 'No PARAMETER statement is found (Error 1238)'.

When You create an object with CREATEOBJECT(), DO FORM ..., Init Event accepts parameters You passed to them, not Load. As Jos sais put that line ini Init.
