I see you look for 4-5" scanner
which using OCR.OCX can input readed info from business cards in DB.
I think that this is standard scenner and all companies which produce scanners - like HP, Epson have that kind of models.
Eevery of them it doesn't matter what use - USB or parallel port will fit to your needs
