One of the solutions could be like this:
1. Add a shape (circle) to the form
2. Add lines as needed to make a pie
3. In the appropriate Mouseevents, like Click or MouseDown, add the code that takes the mouse pointer current coordinates (AMOUSEOBJ()), and ADD, EDIT, etc routines depending on the current coordinates.
