You need to have the application installed on the computer that the users dial into. The guest and host computers have a peer-to-peer communication software running as a TSR (e.g., pcAnywhere, Carbon Copy, etc.). After your "guest" dials in and passes security you set up on the host computer, the guest launches the app installed on the host pc.
