One of the solutions could be to use focuscapture.dll from
http://www.fastwrite.com/DvlOnly/downloads/ThisDownload.cfm?RID=7.

It contains the function ClipboardToBmp() that creates a BMP file from the image stored on Clipboard. Then you could display the bmp file on the form.
