I have a client use ACCPAC Pro6.5. It use VFP7.0 database. One day they find that 50 records in the "POMAST" table is missing. But for sure these records is there before. I check the table and find one empty record marked deleted after the missing record. And there are some old deleted records on the top. How can it happen? the missing records is really gone, it's not marked deleted. Is bad index can cause this? I delete the index and still cannot see the missing records.

The database is always open by someone, so it's impossible someone open the database exclusive and pack these missing records.
