If it's just for you, it should be no problem. I have a Develop menu pad that gets added if I'm running the app in the IDE. The Develop pad includes things needed to debug, etc the running app.

I want to do this because when I am in the delepment mode & want to change some codfe in form when I am starting main program & application is running in interactive moe when I press Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V or any other shortcut instead of copy or paste an ugly square appears & erase marked code. For users I am designed a ShortCut menu with Copy, paste... & it is works perfectly when You work with TextBoxes, or other controls on the form, but doesn't works when I try to change my fors code.
