But even then it would be better to have it in the normal search function also.

I think that, for Michel, the consequence is that the indexing algorithm, if no longer allowed to skip two-letter words, will produce an inflated result set. A word like 'the' produces a message that it's a common word. I propose that this common-words list will be extended to include two-letter words like 'it', 'to' and 'be' to prevent the inflation.

And the same can be said about single-letter words. An example of a searchable single-letter word is $. The 'I' and 'a' can be put in the common-words list.
