Todd,

I created an IVR system using VFP and activeVoice activeX control. The product was purchased shelved. It was not that difficult to do and there are other products that do that. I have not researched this for several years so I am not sure what is out there. Dialogic purchased ActiveVoice and then Intel purchased Dialogic. If you go to http://www.intel.com/design/network/products/telecom/index.htm you can see what products they have. You will also need a card to interface between the computer and the phone system. I used the Dialogic card but there are other choices. The older cards are analog so you need to make sure your phone system supports analog phones.
