I am getting a Database object is in use error when I try to open the same view in multiple programs.

We ran into this same issue back in 1999 when we were working on a project using the Codebook framework with 200 concurrent users.

The only solution that we came up with was to define a separate dbc for the views and download this dbc to the local machines on app startup to avoid the contention issue.
