Well, have you got it working? Else here goes. Click "Get all the replies to your messages". When the frame opens showing your messages, right click, select "This Frame", select "Reload Frame"

That got it working for me. If that is the procedure why not pass it onto Michel for his knowledgebase record.

Thanks for your help. By the way no one has responded on the FF forum :-( but i will put this method out there just in case.
