Ok, we have ours working now. We had to restart the workstation after registering the OCX in the runtime environment. Not something we typically have to do in XP, but it worked. We install the ocx to a directory where all activex components are installed in the runtime version and it works. It is not the same directory as that in our activex subclass .vcx record either.
