Thanks for providing that link. I am working with XPath at the moment and it sounds like that will come in handy.

VFP9 greatly improves support for non-.NET dataset hierarchical XML, and also includes an XPath capability to point a table object or individual field object to a specific node or collection of nodes in the incoming XML. This is done to allow you to fine-tune how XMLA handles "interesting" XML structures.

When I get some time (just finished up lots of travel) I'll go back in the thread and check out your sample and let you know if those features would have helped you.
