Thanks for this ... It is a shame if not available - I know multi-select can be achieved from other controls. My initial feeling is to offer "select all" and "unselect all" command button controls, but far from my ideal circumstance as potentially many rows of information which will need switching on or off.

Does anyone else have nay ideas, potentially using Hilmar's suggestion of ActiveX usage?
