Hi All
Does anyone have experience with bandwidth limiting software - sofwtare that allows you to limit the bandwidth used for uploading and downloading? I have used NetLimiter for a while, which is pretty cool, but it does crash occasionally. A new version is due sometime but I thought I would ask if anyone can recommend another.
