Yes, and I don't dispute that, but the actual MSDN Universal DVD's did come with a different license within the box that didn't say that - and I did take notice of that.

However, like I say... it makes no difference to me, as I have to order a new one Nov. 2006 anyway when these two others expire (assuming I extend this plan next year). For me, it still seemed like this was the 'cheaper' way to go.

I figured (assuming that I could get a bargain price of like $1,200 for a MSDN on ebay) that my price this way would be $375+$375+$1,200 = $1,950 for three years.

Wherease, if I did it through ebay each year my price would be $1,200+$1,200+$1,200 = $3,500 for three years.

Anyway I look at it, that seems like a $1,500+ savings to me over three years.
