Hi all!

I have a problem that I'm not sure how to solve. I am moving an image around on a form very quickly using a timer control. The image does not always display at every location and this is ok. However there are certain locations that I HAVE to have the image display at. If I put a wait window in the code where the locations are the image needs to display, it works so I know the code is correct. But I can't seem to force a display of the image when I need to. Interestingly if I do a WAIT WINDOW TIMEOUT .001 at the given locations the image always displays (but I also get an unwanted flash of the wait window.)

I guess my question is, How can I force an image to display long enough at a particular location for the user to see it?

I've tried changing the picture property of the image at the point I need to have it definitely display and this doesn't work. I've also tried the CLEAR RESOURCE IMAGE.BMP and this too is out. Of course THISFORM.REFRESH doesn't do it either.

I know this is an unusual problem but any suggestions would be much appreciated!

Thanks!
Kevin Scott
